Pottery Horizons: Techniques and Projects (Wednesday Mornings)
Welcome to your Weekly Wednesday pottery club! In this class we will focus on bringing in new techniques and researching different artistic styles. We’ll make several different projects for home and garden. The instructor will bring inspiration and demonstrations to increase your pottery knowledge and vocabular. Students should have experience in either hand building or wheel, should be able to operate independently, and should be looking to broaden their pottery horizons with exposure to new practices and materials. Practice makes perfect, so open studio time is included.
Dates: 6 weekly sessions beginning Wednesday, March 12 (Makeup dates April 23 and April 30, if needed)
Time: Wednesdays, 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
Instructor: Marissa Hudson
Includes: Open Studio time, 1st bag of clay, use of studio tools & glazes, storage space, kiln firing
