We’re excited to launch a new kids class for the new year especially for kids age 6-11! Our Clay Creators class will teach clay working fundamentals like slabs, pinch pots, and coils to create fun, customized projects. Students will design their own pieces (with guidance, of course!), build them out of clay, and paint with a rainbow of glazes! Projects will include a personalized plate, a vase for Mom, a wind chime for outdoors, and an art caddy or tool basket they design for their favorite art supplies at home. Because clay is used around the globe and knits us together, we’ll learn about different cultures and countries each week.

All projects will be food safe, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe. All materials are included. Parents can stay to watch or go run errands while their child is in class, or members can use open studio.
